I had several tickets that were keeping me from obtaining a job My cases were continued several times and the court even shut down but Mr. Altman went above and beyond to go to the DA's office and get everything resolved several months before my court date was due so that I can obtain my job I really appreciate all of your hard work. This is the second time you exceed expectations. You have a customer for life.

My case was going on through the peak of covid-19, so a small drawback was expected, what places JamesScott above others in my opinion, is that even in the face of a pandemic, short on staff, etc. They were always friendly, always managed to return my calls within the day. Patience is key in times like this, but without a doubt I will be using them again for any future needs. 10/10
