I highly do not recommend take all your money and no real representation . Gave 5000 Jeremy Swindlehurst for custody case had one continuance and money depleted plus asking for more. Found another lawyer and got action for not even half the price and new lawyer had higher hourly rateUnbelievable Brought to attention of Tony Hartsoe he can only talk to me with 1500 more paid. They kick you while your down and put your family on the line. No no no

This review is probably longer than the norm, but if you are reading these then you are probably seeking legal counsel and I want to ensure that you stop searching and come straight here. Although they have expertise in just about everything, my case specifically was for a breach of contract on a marital separation agreement, followed by a summary judgement. It lasted over a year. My initial consultation to retain the firm was with the head of the firm himself, Tony Hartsoe. He had asked me what had brought me to him. I stated that I had googled cut throat law firms and they came up. He laughed and said he didn’t know about that. Yes, Mr. Hartsoe. Yes, indeed. I advise you update your firm’s slogan, because you all are amazing. Growing up I had a teddy bear as my comfort. Going through my divorce, I had Hartsoe & Associates as my security blanket. They made me feel relaxed, secure and comforted that I was in the hands of experienced, knowledgeable professionals that could tackle every obstacle that came at me. My divorce was not easy but they fought for me and superseded my expectations. Let me reiterate- SUPERSEDED my expectations. I could not have been happier with the outcome and would ABSOLUTELY, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone with legal issues. Bennett Rainey is an OUTSTANDING lawyer and exceptional person in general. I remember having to go to court, having a near panic attack outside the court room, and he placed his hand on my shoulder and said “you’ll be fine. We got this!” And it was. He is a master at his craft and amazing in court! Thank you for your patience, kindness and work ethic! Might I also add that Debbie Haymore, the legal assistant at the firm, is a great asset! She will get you answers faster than you can make a cup of tea. So helpful!! So if you are searching for someone to help you through some legal issues, look no further. You will not be disappointed!
