Represented me once case went by so smooth.. Very dependable and trustworthy…Just recently recommended him for another family member as well… Definitely #1 on my lawyer list..Thanks for your help/support

This is the first negative review I've ever posted on any platform. Hiring Teresa Hier has been an absolute nightmare. I paid Teresa $5,000 to represent me while attempting to modify child custody/child support for my children. My ex and I came up with an agreement back in October 2021 and here we are in March 2022 and I am no closer then when I started this process. Teresa went 23 days without even responding to me to provide an update. She cancelled 3 different appointments to further delay everything. She refused to write up the agreement for my ex and I. To make it worse, she will not cancel our motion therefore we can't move on with our lives.

She will make the other side cry. She has assisted us twice. You don't want her against you. Hire her first before the other side can.

Only called, pleasant and informative secretary.

I've only been represented by him for one court appearance so far, but he had another attorney filling in for him that day, and when she wasn't familiar enough with my case to proceed that day, he came there from wherever he was working and represented me himself. Although I feel as though he should've been there in the first place, I understand he has a busy schedule and can't be in two places at once and probably chose the case that has precedence over mine, but decided to come when the attorney filling in couldn't represent me in the way he felt I deserved. I can only give him four stars until my next court appearance when hopefully it will be resolved and I'll be able to give him five. He's also very easy on the eyes!

He helped my mother out on a case and did really well. He treated us well and He is very friendly and He always makes himself available for us. He speaks Spanish and that made my mom feel at ease because she could communicate with the attorney personally.
