I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of Ursula Walder. In the past I have consulted with Ms. Walder on a number of issues in which she is very well versed. From starting non profit organizations and disability law to general speeding tickets, she knows her stuff. She is prompt courteous and most importantly well well rounded in general law practice. Her ethical standards are well above excellent. As honest as they come and fair. I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing assistance.

My fiance and I had been unfairly targeted and falsely arrested. I was charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors suggesting I was a drug dealer, maintaining a drug dwelling and contributing to the delinquency of my teenage son. I was absolutely traumatized by the experience and scarred that I might pay even more consequences for something I had not done. The public defenders office could not take my case due to them representing my fiance whom had become my "co-defendant" so, my defense had been placed in Ursula Walder's hands by the court. My case slowly went on for almost a year and a half. During that time, I never waited even one day for her to return my calls! Ursula would spend as much time as needed to make sure ALL of my questions were answered and made sure I was aware of everything along the way regardless if the phone call or meeting took HOURS... Ursula never made me feel that "she had better things to do" even offering to have a meeting the following day to examine the case together when she felt I wasn't satisfied with the hours we had just spent over the phone. Honestly it was more frustration that I couldn't "magically turn my case into what I wanted as quickly as I demanded"..lol I will always and forever be grateful for her telling me what I NEEDED to know, wether I liked what she was explaining or not, and not getting fed up with me and just telling me what I WANTED to hear...this complete honesty on her part, ensured that I understood exactly what I needed to know about every charge and how convictions of each charge would affect me personally for the original charges and each and every plea offer along the way.Most importantly,by not ever sugar coating my situation, I KNEW I COULD TRUST HER AND EVERYTHING SHE TOLD ME TO BE THE TRUTH! PRICELESS!! Not to forget, if my case was just going to be postponed, she always gave me a call as soon as she knew(between 1day and 1week ahead of time!) and was able to have my appearance waved...I will forever be an advocate for Ursula Walder. I absolutely suggest calling her to defend you in any criminal mess you may find yourself in. She spent countless hours and helped me through each and every plea offer I turned down for 18months. Which is when she spent days up and back between myself and the Assistant DA to accomplish the best case sinerio... ALL CHARGES VOLUNTARILY DISMISSED BY THE PROSECUTION! Ursula accomplished this for me as my court appointed attorney...that says so much more than words could ever say...THANK YOU FOR LITERALLY SAVING MY LIFE!!
