I was referred to Susan by a friend of mine and had heard nothing but great things about her. I feel she is very compassionate, professional, trustworthy, and quick to respond. She explained all issues thoroughly and made me feel at ease with my situation. Her paralegal, Cramelia, is AMAZING! Very thankful to have her to communicate with during my separation. She responded to every email and text I sent her and very compassionate. She is very efficient and was on top of everything during this uneasy time. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!

Susan and her assistant Cramelia have been so amazing throughout the hardest time of my life. They made a difficult and overwhelming process seem easy. They both respond quickly to calls, emails, and texts and everything was handled extremely quickly compared to other firms where items wait for weeks on end to be completed and calls/emails are not returned timely. All staff are kind, understanding, and go out of their way to accommodate my schedule for all needs. I pray I never NEED their services again but if I do, I know exactly where to go and I’d refer everyone I know to these lovely ladies.

I called yesterday was able to speak to Susan Gray’s paralegal, unfortunately I can not remember her name. However, she was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions I had in reference to a matter I wish to not disclose since this is a public review. She did not lie to me and do not lead me down a rabbit hole either. I am very appreciative and grateful that she took the time to be upfront and honest about everything without having me pay for a consultation especially when the matter is a lot more time consuming than I ever expected it to be. If I do ever decent to go down the road she and I discussed, I will definitely use their law firm.

Case still in progress. Very pleased to now and expect no changes in that no matter how things turn out. Will add more details when case is over. -Don't understand the negative reviews - especially those with no comments. I've never seen those things.

My fiance' and I highly recommend Susan Gray for prompt service, experience in family law and also her bold take control attitude. Her legal assistant, Cramelia is the best of the best, as well.
