She was very rude, dismissive, and had a holier than thou attitude that radiated from the first moment I spoke with her. She changed the appointment time last minute and during the appointment I was shocked at her rude and ignorant comments. Frankly I think we would have been treated much differently if my husband hadn't been Hispanic.

Very confrontational.

I was referred to Susan Gray by two of my closest friends. Susan did a great job on my case. She is very responsive, compassionate, trustworthy, and explained all of the issues thoroughly. I felt very at ease with my situation right from the beginning with Susan in control! Her assistant Cramelia is the BEST of the BEST! She makes sure the job is done in a timely manner. Every phone call and message was returned quickly. Every question I have had during this process was answered. She is both extremely professional and personable. I feel as if I have known her forever and have gained a lifelong friend during this uneasy time. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone who wants the job done right!
