Thorough and attentive attorneys

5
Responsive and communicative
“This firm handled my recent home purchase. Their communication was excellent, and I was able to do my closing from out of state.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication
“If I could give 0 stars I would . I have had to call every week because Lori or Renee always say they were out of the office or it's always an excuse why they haven't reached out.”
2
Administrative errors and mishandling of client matters
“Egregious errors include the attorney failing to prepare any argument points for negotiation, blaming his performance on his failing memory, double billing for hours already paid for, and ultimately *losing my settlement check* within his own office.”
3
Slow and disorganized processes
“This firm is slow and very disorganized. I had a closing as the seller and had to call the bank for the firm to establish a payoff. This was after they had completed a deed and title search and knew the bank information.”
4
Untrustworthy and unprofessional conduct
“I was told $300 flat fee for each. Went fairly well, seemed professional. At the completion of the first deal, I was given a bill for $400 and was told no no no we cant do it for $300 sorry we lied.”
5
Lack of attention to detail
“When estate finally settled they got address of one of the siblings wrong because of lack of attention to detail.”
