Poor communication and responsiveness
“If I could give 0 stars I would . I had a small claim we initially paid for the consultation and were suppose to move forward. I have had to call every week because Lori or Renee always say they were out of the office or it's always an excuse why they haven't reached out.”

Billing issues and unexpected charges
“Writing this review because of the unacceptable and costly administrative errors made during the handling of my case. Egregious errors include the attorney failing to prepare any argument points for negotiation, blaming his performance on his failing memory, double billing for hours already paid for, and ultimately *losing my settlement check* within his own office.”
