Very professional on the closing of our house purchase. Zero problems!

Heather and her staff are fantastic! They are easy to schedule with, and are always available for any questions. My clients are always thrilled with their service.

I would have thought as a law firm that deals with real estate sales they would be more proficient. I get an email 3 days before closing that we have to print out 12 pages and have them notarized and back to their office by next day. Then 2 days before closing they ask me to get them the payoff. So I call bank and they inform me that it had already been requested. Day of closing they ask me to call bank again to have them give me verbal for payoff. I send that to the office and then I get asked questions about it, like they should have told me what they needed besides just the payoff. Never had this much discomfort selling my first house.
