Spoke with a woman at the location back in January regarding an issue. She went into this wild rage that was totally uncalled for honestly she seemed to go into a “Psycho”mode. You know even if people are dealing with their debt issues they are not the scum of the earth. Please treat people as you would want to be treated and maybe these companies reviews would go above a one star. Also want work with you on an offer to settle your outstanding account just a waste of time.

They call attempting to collect a debt that i have NEVER received a bill for. They send me a jury summons...after i told them to mail me a bill and i would pay. We schedule a phone meeting and they don’t call. We finally get in phone & agree to payment Plan and I’m informed to immediately send back forms they will be sending...2 months later. STILL no forms AND no call back after 2 attempts to call. Worst customer service ever. Worst company ever. Never in my life have i tried so hard to give someone my money and they don’t make any effort to want it.

I paid off a debt that was owed over a month ago. I am still getting garnished $1200 a month and was informed by the firm that it could take up to 45 days to file a letter of garnishment termination to the courts. I have bent over backwards to try and get this debt settled as quickly as possible. I am close to eviction on my house and I'm having trouble being able to afford gas to get to and from work. The firm is NOT efficient at processing and I am the one paying for it. I might be out on the street soon and It's too bad that they can't be held accountable for their sluggish performance.

Do no business with this firm🙄🙄🙄🙄 you've been warned

Said i owed money and was sent a summon to appear in court tried 20 times to dispute some transactions and was told 20 times they don't have my records yet i asked to have someone call me when they do and was told no you need to call back went to court and no one showed up they also had a judgment against me from 3 months ago and also have no access to that either is this a real law firm what law office has no records of what they are suing you for
