Story changed throughout process I did most of the leg work in furnishing material started out with all this expectation of what they said they could get and how strong of a case and this also changed throughout the process they advise me to settle for the first offer that came along I honestly feel that my attorney was intimidated by the worker's comp attorney and just looking for the quick payday it's was like they did a complete flip flop and was discouraging me from moving forward with lawsuit got left holding the bag for all future medical treatment and surgeries.
