Inconsistent communication and responsiveness from some staff members
“I've been dealing with this law firm since October I had a work incident to where my finger got cut off I called the law firm and Ambria was assigned to me not knowing she is just a receptionist and not a lawyer, she not only doesn't answer phone calls nor text messages but also played as if she was my lawyer.”
