Senior attorney, Clarke Dummit is an amazingly sweet, considerate, thorough, direct, and well-rounded attorney. I went to him for a consultation and he answered all of my questions himself. I felt so honored and appreciated to have the senior attorney come out and address all of my concerns. I later remembered a question that I forgot to ask him and sent him an email. He freely answered those questions as well without even charging me any additional fees. This whole divorce thing had my brain in a whirlwind; however, this definitely helped ease my brain and slow down the storms and I am forever grateful for this!!!

Got charged with underage DWI and driving after consuming <21 after almost crashing into the side of a house in my neighborhood. Blew a 0.12 at the scene and a 0.08 at the station. Normally, DWI cases take months to resolve, but my case came to trial unexpectedly after the 2nd court appearance. Mr. Fradin is an AMAZING attorney and will fight for you. I was found not guilty of both charges. Mr. Fradin is an extremely knowledgeable man. At our first meeting, I could immediately tell he knew what he was doing and he already had a plan as to how he would defend me without having even hired him yet. He was very straightforward with me and my parents about the circumstances of the case, and he detailed his plans out to us along the way. While being straightforward and confident in his abilities, Mr. Fradin is also extremely approachable. I was very comfortable in telling him the details of the incident and also asking him any questions I had. He is also very quick to respond to any emails, calls, etc. We were not supposed to go to trial at the 2nd court appearance; it was supposed to just get continued. However, Mr. Fradin was more than prepared. He was blindsided, frankly, and he fought for me and we won. He is intense in the courtroom and will defend you to the best of his ability.
