I’ve been dealing with this law firm since October I had a work incident to where my finger got cut off I called the law firm and Ambria was assigned to me not knowing she is just a receptionist and not a lawyer, she not only doesn’t answer phone calls nor text messages but also played as if she was my lawyer, I couldn’t get my prescriptions nor was I receiving my correct pay from worker’s compensation, I kept calling and leaving voicemails because every time I call it goes to voicemail then one day I was told my lawyer would be Tammy then Shannon, however Shannon called me and was highly disrespectful to me even hung up in my face with all that they still wanted 25 percent of a settlement that I never received, I strongly urge people not to use this law firm for anything, you get the run around, you don’t get all your wages, plus you get disrespected just for calling because you have a receptionist that’s trying to play as a lawyer I should file a lawsuit against them for Emotional Distress

We chose the law offices of Lewis and Keller. Leah Keller handled our case and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of from start to finish. She and her assistant Samantha exceeded all of our expectations and helped us move forward after going though a traumatic accident. Highly recommend if your looking for someone to fight for you and your case. Forever grateful for their strength and support.

I can't say enough good things about this law firm. I was applying for my disability and they handled every step of the case with me and kept me updated on everything. They even done my initial application to get started. Tammy and Tyler was amazing to deal with. Tammy was very comforting and knowledgeable when I was losing hope on my case and faced my first denial and Tyler was so helpful they reassured that this was very common and not to lose faith. He made sure I was well prepared for court and helped me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything. They even addressed concerns and questions on their personal time. Tyler even called after just getting back from his vacation and talked with me for 2 hours to make sure I was comfortable before going into court the next day.. I can't thank everyone there especially Tammy and Tyler for guiding me through a very stressful time consuming court case. I highly recommended this law firm if you are trying to get on your disability.

I cannot sing this law firm’s praises enough. I have not received a decision on my disability claim and it will not impact my opinion of Lewis and Keller. Especially Tammy who I have been working with directly. They are extremely efficient thoughtfully and very responsive. They are also extremely compassionate. In the last year my phone was stolen and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone from SS an appointment that I missed and I couldn’t find any other way around not having a phone or access to one since all my 2nd authentication was tied to my phone Tammy straightened it out other than my signatures done digitally I have not had to drive to their office filled out one document they took all of that stress off of me. Even going above and beyond to write a letter that stated the claim and legitimize to a manufacturer of a medication I can not afford but desperately need. Even stating in the letter that they hoped that they would consider my circumstances when deciding to help me. I cried when I read the letter she didn’t have to say anything she could have put me in cue for all of the other things she has to do but with in An hour of texting her. I really hope her supervisors are appreciative of her and know what an amazing job she’s doing. Not just for their firm but for the community as well I have told everyone to call them. Even if my claim is denied I I know that this firm and especially Tammy did everything possible to help me

There isn't a thing I could say negative about this law firm. They got me what I would have never received if I hadn't gotten them. You can't complain about no fees because you will receive more than you could without. Don't let much time lapse from the injury until you get this law firm. If you have never been through an accident just by waiting to decide what you're debating on the adjuster, it will sweet talk you through the time paperwork is required by law to be filed in, and you will be blindsided. I pray I'm never in a situation like I had again. The battle I had to fight in the hospital and therapy afterwards. I only made one call and the battle in the courtroom was handled completely by Lewis and Keller. Thank yall I 'm so thankful this was handled without pressure on me.

Absolutely amazing people!! Everyone that I spoke with was always willing to answer any questions that I had to the fullest of their ability. I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone. Lea Keller and her team worked really hard to get me what I deserved.

Well I contact them and i was told that they couldn't take the disability case because of being denied a couple of times and being in front of a judge twice and to me if u are a real law firm it shouldn't really matter how many times u been or didn't been u should win no matter what plus they didn't look over the case good enough so whoever have the same problem good luck

My daughter was in a head on car accident which Total loss her SUV and she got hurt, her neck,back and her knees was injured. So she chose. Lewis and Keller in Winston-Salem and they sent her to a Chiropractor of their choice they kept her case open for over a year. To only Settle with for $1,500 dollars. she lost time out of work, school ect...had to have a rental car . Until insurance Covered her suv, which was total loss. And they told her this was the best that they can do for her.or for her to find another law firm. Which after a year other firms felt it was a little late. I've know others with way lest injuries and didn't total their car and did much better than this .so please do alittle home work but this firm Lewis and kellern winston is not Recommended
