Amazing experience. They were able to reduce my charge completely and emailed my response. Super pleased and highly recommend.

I chose Nugent because his fee was $75 against all other ads which were for about $100. I was very happy with the service because the outcome was exactly what they told me it would be. I was ticketed for speeding 88 in a 70 and it was reduced to improper equipment with a fine of $341 and no license or insurance points. Please note any of these details could change, this is written in 2023.

I am very happy with my choice to ask Timothy S. Nugent to take care of my speeding ticket. This was my first ticket ever, and I was very nervous about the consequences the ticket would have on my insurance, but the lady I spoke to on the phone (assistant or receptionist) assured me that Timothy could get it all taken care of and he did! He appeared in court for me, so it was no inconvenience to me. Just a minor court fee due. No points or insurance increase. Their price for the lawyer’s services are very reasonable. All information was communicated on phone and email. Also, everything happened in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait long for the disposition letter after the court appearance. I recommend this law office and Lawyer!

Got my first speeding ticket and i was not sure how to handle it. I was worried for weeks then i got a letter in the mail from Mr. Nugent and i decided to try him out. I was skeptical at first but he exceeded my expectations. The whole process was sooo simple and his receptionist, Sandy, was soooo sweet and helpful. Overall a great experience, 10/10.
