Mr. Harkey represented me in court for a D.U.I. My court date was 2 1/2 months after the incident. Scott kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. My calls or emails were handled in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable as to what the court may request & advised me to have my affairs in order previous to my court appearance. In doing so, in my opinion, by following his instruction my case was handled with the best outcome. Mr. Harkey made several reasonable requests on my behalf to the judge to which she denied. As this was my first time in a situation like this, everything was explained to me with patience and throughly. Upon entering the courtroom, much of the initial anxiety I was feeling dissipated as he spoke to the judge on my behalf making sure the expected answers were given and no relevant information was left out. Scott exuded confidence in not only his words but also in his body language. I was highly impressed by his relaxed demeanor and professionalism from start to finish. Having the experience I did, I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of an attorney.

We were hesitant at first to go with a firm that we had never heard of —but our accident happened on Christmas Eve and we received a very informative packet from the Nagel Firm —including a book explaining the civil litigation process, just a day or two after Christmas. Their timely and professional outreach convinced us. We spoke with an investigator that same day and we immediately felt comfortable with their firm. The whole process was smooth. I was able to send pictures and forms to them via email and they proceeded to so all the background work. I would occasionally send medical bills and statements but that was about the extent of the burden from my end. As we were not at fault in our accident, the Nagel firm was able to negotiate a fair but generous settlement quickly. We will definitely use this firm again if we have another unfortunate accident.
