Scott is an attorney that goes above and beyond with his clients. Not only is he a shark in the court room, and at the negotiation table. Over the course of working with him on my personal case for over a year he became a personal friend and someone I could call if I was struggling with the addiction that got me into trouble. There is no better feeling than going into a court room with someone you know has your back, and only has your interest in mind. Every case is different; but I was looking at years in prison and left the court with a misdemeanor. I have never felt so comfortable with someone by my side.

Fantastic lawyer I don't know many lawyers (fingers crossed I don't need the services of another) however Scott Harkey here is top dog in my book 100% will recommend

They have been exceedingly professional despite a period of misunderstanding brought my errors on behalf of insurance and medical providers. They have worked 9 months after point of settlement and payment,to correct the errors of others. The have also provided documentation to help me fix the damage done my the medical provider for falsely placing me into collections for services paid. The firm has worked to get my standing corrected and to get a refund for over billing that occurred.

Absolutely THE BEST attorney I’ve ever encountered. Worth every penny and then some. Personable, professional, easy to work with, and direct. He doesn’t just understand the law. He knows it thoroughly in and out and most importantly, how to utilize it for the best possible outcome, and also invests himself in explaining the law to his clients when they misunderstand it. Basically, if you need to prove your innocence, you want Scott Harkey on your team. Also worth noting, he understands people and how anxiety can play into things. He was amazing in helping me find balance in moments where anxiety about false accusations and other craziness involved in my case were making me a little frantic. Highly motivated and invested in his clients. This man showed up with a whole binder worth of “we got this” when an ex parte 50B was attempted by my attacker in retaliation for my attacker catching charges for assaulting me. This is the poster child of what preparedness looks like.
