I have used Brian over 50 times on various real estate transactions and many of those are very complicated. I enjoy working with him and his team.

I worked with many closing attorneys in the past but my experience with ICS was the best. They're very responsive, friendly, and diligent. I feel very safe & protected when I’m represented by them. They keep me updated about the progress of the title search throughout the due diligence period so I can make an informed decision. They took the time to give me a free consultation before I started to work with them. The consultation was very informative and enlightening. I couldn’t be more satisfied. They always answer my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will always hire them to represent me in all my future closings.

We (sellers) closed on our house with this lawyer (buyer-selected). Not only were they still requesting paperwork 3 hours prior to closing, they could not handle closing out the old loan on the house. They handled the entire transaction poorly- rarely knowing what was going on and not communicating anything!

Run the other way. This firm handled the closing of my house. Badly. I fed them the loan information, yet they still messed things up royally. Don't use them. There are lawyers in this city that are competent and that care. In my opinion, this is not one of them.
