Tom Floeter is an excellent attorney. He helped me fight my divorce case very well. He helped me tremendously in communicating with my ex-husband to help me get through the case. He was knowledgeable and was prepared to handle challenging issues in my case. He allowed the process to unfold at its own pace which allowed both parties to take the time to make a clear decision to their best advantage. I have no words for it how nicely he handled my case. I am ever so grateful to him for that and would recommend him to anyone seeking for this type of help.

I ended up paying another lawyer to fix the mess he made of my Dad's estate. So now have paid for it twice. On top of that he would not return any of my retainer , or my files.

He messed up my custody case by not researching the our statutes. He also filed paperwork incorrectly and and didn't properly serve my ex wife. Lost my case because of him.

Tom took my case with one day notice. He understood how important it was to have my children returned to me immediately due to the circumstances of my ex-wife taking out an order under false pretenses. He assisted me via telephone being that I was actually from Jacksonville North Carolina but was able to have the order vacated the same day I got to Winston-Salem. It was an extremely stressful and worrisome time but Tom was able to take care of everything for me in a timely manner that gave me relief and Trust that he was doing all he could to have it taken care of as soon as possible. He Bagan making phone calls on my behalf the same day I called him getting everything in line so when I got to Winston Salem it was all handled the same day. I am very appreciative of his services.

Thomas' professional opinion is one that I have valued and appreciated, as without him I would not have had the guidance and representation that I required. His rates are well within an affordable bracket, and the services that were rendered were incredible.
