I have had a great experience working with Sheila and Michael at Daggett Shuler — from calls to emails, communication has been they cornerstone of our Workman’s Compensation case, to which these folks get an A+!! I am truly grateful for my legal team, with all of their hard work and dedication to me and the success we achieved together!

From start to finish, top to bottom my needs were met and exceeded. I couldn’t be more happy with John Koontz and especially Tori Bennett! From the beginning she put my mind at ease and kept me appraised of every step. You want dependable legal services? You want Daggett Shuler!

I was very disappointed I just didn't feel like my team was in my corner. For example the driver who hit me was operating vehicle with either no driver's license or a suspended license, but I was informed that this was not a major factor in my case, totally confusing for me, if the driver was not licensed or driving with revoked license then they should not have been driving. My car was totaled I was injured in the wreck and spend eight hours in the hospital transported by ambulance, from 12:30 that night to 8:00 the next morning no medical treatment in pain the entire time. But I was told that that was not a major factor in my case. I just felt that my team seem to be working for the other guys then for me. I was advised that basically my case would not lead to anything more than a nickel and dime settlement. In conclusion I can say that the people that I met was very likable and professional. At this time I would not recommend daggett and schuler to any of my friends. But I will say at the start of this case I was very hopeful. The lack of footwork was very disappointing, to my knowledge and I may be wrong but no one physically went out and looked at the cars involved in the rest, my car or the other driver. I feel like we just worked on a he said she said type case.

Griff and Shelia assisted me and my family during one of the toughest times of our lives. They made the process smooth, gave encouragement during the process and provided realistic expectations. Anytime I called and they weren’t available I didn’t have to wait long before they returned my call / email. They worked hard to give everything I needed and even provided additional resources as well. I highly recommend them for your workers compensation needs. You won’t be disappointed. Aindrea and her entire team have been amazing, and I highly recommend Daggett Shuler if you've been in an accident. Originally, a friend told me to call, so I did and a super sweet gentleman (I can't remember his name and I should because he was amazing) answered and talked to me for a long time. I had no idea what to do at that point, I didn't know if I'd need legal help, but I was in a multi-car accident and just needed guidance at that point. He told me how to handle things for the first week or so. Including calling and checking in on me throughout the week. It started with just guiding me through the insurance companies and my medical help and eventually, he said they could probably help me, if I was interested. There was never any pressure to hire them, but since a friend had recommended Aindea to me and they had already been very helpful, there was no way I was going to look elsewhere. I'm so glad I did. Everyone there have been so nice and they closed this out almost exactly a year after I hired them. The communication throughout the year was spot on. If I had any questions, I had 3 ways to contact them, and thankfully, this never went to court. That was one thing I was really nervous about. Aindrea got us top dollar, and I'd recommend Aindrea, her team (I can't forget anyone who worked on my case) and Daggett Shuler to anyone in need of help.

Was involved in an accident on work time ,was trying to work to work with workman's comp without getting an attorney workman's comp got an attorney to represent them in the company, I had to get Daggett Shuler to represent me in my case attorney Michael Hummel represented me, from start of the case to the finish of the case he did an awesome job of keeping me informed of everything that was going on. I would recommend getting Daggett Shuler to represent you and your case .
