After my car accident, the amount of paperwork became overwhelming and quite stressful to keep up with. I contacted Daggett Schuler Law Firm and was immediately put at ease. The meeting was set up very promptly and we were told to not worry and let them handle the details. Once the portal was set up, I received frequent updates. If I had questions that could not be addressed by email I would receive a phone call. I never felt rushed or that my questions were not important. Upon completion of my case, I felt that everything had been done to ensure a proper outcome of my situation. Everyone in the office is polite, respectful and professional. I would highly recommend Daggett Shuler Law Firm. They made a difficult time in my life much easier to deal with.

Daggett Schuler represents what advocating for citizens should always look like. Talking the talk and walking the walk is just the beginning. I had a head injury case where I was prematurely being sent back to a very heavy duty job, and I was petrified and lost. A friend of mine recommended them enthusiastically (thanks Wes), and that first phone call with Griff changed my life. I felt so taken care of. I was listed to, advised, reassured and informed of any details I needed or wanted to know. Cindy kept in constant communication with me through nearly a year of this workers comp case. She always let me know that I mattered, and her response time is record breaking. James who wasn't even working on my case went way out of his way to help me in an emergency situation. Griff is just a rock star. The end. The last question on the survey they handed me was asking what I think they need in order to keep improving, and I told them one thing other than to continue doing what they do... super hero costumes. I applied for disablity on my own. I was turned down and I contacted Daggett. I was put in touch with John D. He went over everything about my disability . John would keep me up to date with everything that was happening. Unfortunately I was turned down a 2nd time. Once again John kept me updated. I will say this if you hire them keep them up to date with your medical issues. It helps them with your case. If you want until the last minute to let them know its a nightmare... I had an amzing lawyer. If you need them for anything they can help you. They will fight for you and help you with ALL the paperwork.. I would recommend contacting them..They sent me a card when I was sick. I mean what law firm does that? They ask for no money up front and they don't get paid unless you do. I recommend Daggett schuler to everyone. They have the best people skills I have ever dealt with they are so kind they always and I mean always look out for the best for you. I was haven a very bad experience with w.c. and they stepped up and helped me when I really need someone on my side. If it wasnt for them stepping up there is no tell where I would be right now they where there when I was really bad injured and w.c. sent me to some bad drs who didnt care about my pain, but daggett schuler sent me to one of theirs and I got the results I have been looking for. So if you are looking for a good lawyer firm to help you daggett schuler is the best one out there to help with your problems.

They would not represent me when I was in a car accident there were no Witnesses but the officer stated in his narrative the boy gave multiple statements and concluded with a final statement that was not inconsistent with the damages. So I represent it myself and I won what times me against lawyers now is that they want the case to already be one simple straightforward but if it’s like that then why would I even need a lawyer a lawyer is supposed to fight for what’s right improve what’s right not be handed a clear-cut case so now I’m grateful I no longer need one I can represent myself because all it needs is the truth I’m very disappointed in him even though I think David Daggitt is so so quiet handsome very much so he is a awesome looking man but other than that I don’t even watch the commercials anymore I lost my respect for them not just them all lawyers
