Very pleased with my experience here. The staff was very courteous and thorough in their explanations of how my case would proceed. I truly felt like I was an involved participant. The online portal made sharing photos and communcation anytime a snap! Would highly recommend!

I have used Daggett and Shuler for a recent car accident and now for my disability claim. The car settlement and the help I received was top notch, but I want to express my gratitude to April McDonald for ALL her help and support though my disability claim. I am a young 33 year old mother of 3 boys, and suffer with MS, chronic fatigue, seizures, and back issues from my car accident. I was first denied on my disability when I filed on my own; and that's when I made the call to Daggett. April jumped right on the appeal and had it moving. I filed back in September 2017 and was first Denied in June 2018, filed the appeal right after the denial in June and as of November 02 2018 I was approved for my social security disability. I only had to file one appeal and never had to go for a hearing on this case. Someone my age trying to get disability has a 5-10% chance of even getting approved and I could not have accomplished this without the good Lord himself and the help of the staff at Daggett and Shuler; especially April McDonald. April was always there to answer all my questions and concerns, she called me back anytime I left her a message. 100% AMAZING!!!! I can not thank you and the staff enough. You have truly showed me that Daggett and Shuler is truly on your side!!

Dagget & Shuler were awesome! They always kept me updated on everything about my case & they would call just to make sure I was doing ok. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help after a car accident. They we're absolutely hands down the best!

My daughter called Daggett Shuler for help filing disability claim since she has MS. She is a single mother and needs help paying household bills and taking care of her two children. After they finally called her back, they told her they could not help her. No explanation, just that, and that she would have to figure out how to files on her own. No help at all. Very unprofessional and unethical. I worked in the legal system for years. Had the honor to work with some wonderful judges and lawyers.
