Trying to navigate the process for a disability claim can be very difficult. I am very appreciative for Daggett and Shuler’s knowledge and assistance. I was aided and kept well informed by John Dillard helping me every step of the way and explaining things very well.

They work with the insurance companies and you don’t get what you deserve.. I was baited and hooked and didn’t get what I thought I deserved after a car accident.. don’t recommend this law firm.. I made a huge mistake using them

# 1 Law firm for Social Security Disability!!! The Daggett and Shuler Law firm is hands down the best in North Carolina for Social Security Disability. After being blown off by the Law Firms you constantly hear about on the TV and Radio, they came to my family and my rescue. My experience started with John Dillard, an amazingly experienced Paralegal. He took the time to listen, understand, and truly get a full picture of my situation. After being hurt and medically retired from the Marine Corps. He took the time to retrieve my medical records from numerous providers from Naval Hospitals, the Veterans Administration, and both of the local large hospitals. He was able to translate thousands of medical records in a way that made sense to the Social Security Administration, not to mention the attorney Megan Youngblood. She represented me in my Social Security Disability hearing. He also took the time to either answer my numerous questions or he always, always returned every phone call when he wasn't available. He also either texted me or called me once a week to check up on my treatments or get updates on my current doctor's appointments. Megan did an, absolutely, fantastic job diving into all of my issues at yhe hearing, without making me feel like a broken man with no purpose. I understand that I will no longer be the same man I was in the Marine Corps. But thanks to Daggett and Shuler, I will still be able to support my family and still have the same pride as any father does, that can support his family.
