Although I did not win my case, Mr Williams went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from him, and never charged me a dime. We had a case in which I was fired on trumped up charges. I won the initial case so my ex employer decided to appeal. They had a laundry list of documents and tried to intimidate me. Mr Williams was recommended by another attorney. On initial consultation, Mr Williams told me he didn't take cases he didn't think he could win and would take my case. That was such a relief to be reassured from the beginning that we could win. Mr Williams gathered his information from all parties and decided on his game plan.. Mr. Williams informed us about the proceeding , how it would go and left no stone unturned. Even down to where to sit and what to wear.. It was such relief to have someone as sure and competent as Mr Williams represent me. HE was the difference from being intimidated by an ex employer and a slam dunk in the hearing. I cannot imagine having a better experience or outcome than I did with Mr. Williams. Right from the beginning he put me at ease by telling me exactly what I'd need to do in order to win my case.
