I genuinely can’t imagine a better team to have on your side than Butler Daniel and Justin Holoman. Our case was complex, it was emotional, and it was time consuming. All of the correspondence between the staff and clients was professional, efficient, and they also took the time to understand our needs and showed compassion when we needed it the most. We are thankful to have found their firm. I can confidently recommend them if anyone unfortunately finds themselves needing their services.

They are color blind in the fight -and teach you how to read medical records so your better educated and equipped to deal with these doctors when they come shucking and jive’n in the room with the fast talking. They will get you justice, but you have to remember. They have the power to help you soooooooo much just be humble and accepting of their advice. Even years later, I now see things-they told us back then. They changed our lives and I wake up everyday in awe, just amazed at the life and options I have available to make my daughters life better. I can literally move across the street from whatever specialist and take her around the country for second options and if we ever have to do another surgical procedure, I have the option of asking “who is the best in the country, I want them too do it !”- looking the docs straight in the face, wmd that’s powerful! You never have to be subjected to second hand service just because it’s in your network. They give you the ability to open your network, and once again- if your kid is like ours. That’s hope, and when your walking this walk -hope is all that keeps us going. God bless them, give them a try.

When our child suffered an unexpected birth injury, our world was shattered and we were lost as to what to do. We felt something just wasn’t right! We needed help figuring out what happened and how to get back to moving forward. From the first conversation, Butler and Justin immediately stepped up to the task. No one wants to be in the position of needing the services of a lawyer in the event of a loved ones untimely passing. The compassion and professionalism Butler Daniel and his staff afforded me and my mother during my fathers passing was exactly what you’d hope for. I know it can be very stressful on the survivors, but they guided us, hand in hand, through this long process. We settled - it was in our best interest and I felt the process was as fair as NC laws dictate.

We'll, I have been told to seek out attorneys from Raleigh and Charlotte. It is just a saying down here in the Wilmington area. I can see why. Gave them a medical case for review with over 4000 pages of medical documents. Attorney took 1 day to review and decide he does not want the case. A Charlotte firm is looking at it. Said it would be over a month to decide if they want the case. So take that any way you want to. Staff was nice and polite though.
