Do NOT use this lawyer under any circumstance. The lack of communication is astounding. They never return calls and when you call them, it puts you on hold with music playing and then goes to voicemail. The front desk receptionist is rude if I have spoken to her. Trying to get through bankruptcy with this firm and it feels like a scam. Did not tell creditors that we are filing bankruptcy. Giving a one star is generous because I would give zero due to the lack of professionalism from this firm. How can someone be an attorney and not care about the reasons why people go to you for help. Totally unethical. Go somewhere else so that you’re not ripped off.

This man is a joke. He doesn’t return phone calls, he will tell you one thing then do another. Be prepared to do most of the work on your own when you make the mistake of hiring him. If he does return your phone call be prepared to listen to him yawn and stretch and just cut the call off after 10 minutes and not answer when you try to call him back. It took him forever to get started on my bankruptcy. So long that I had to do my intake twice. On the day of my bankruptcy a paper was missing that the trustee needed but until I received a letter in the mail that my bankruptcy would be stopped Chad did not bother to fax that paper to the trustee because he doesn’t care what happens. He’s just in the field for the money. I would not recommend him to anyone!!!

Mr. Vinje is a very professional/knowledgeable attorney and an exceptional human being. It’s obvious he has your best interest in mind and he’s there from the beginning to the end and beyond. Even when his obligations are complete, he’ll reach out if he see’s a concern to offer his advice without any real incentive other than that of being helpful and compassionate. I absolutely recommend Mr. Vinje if you find yourself in need of legal assistance. You won’t be disappointed!
