Being new to the area I was happy to see a service such as LRIS provided, even for a fee. A young lady, Debbie, answered my call and I explained that I needed to meet with an attorney to discuss legal options for a situation I was facing. Debbie immediately went into what seemed like a rehearsed, canned response about how she was unable to help due to the early retirement of "boomers", staffing and that I would need to do the research myself. I am not a "boomer" but I was not moved by her speech. This young lady failed to realize that it is her generation's time to shine. The lack of effort and ownership in providing a promoted service spoke volumes, at least in my mind, as to how bright the future is in the hands of this younger generation. The silver lining in the end was that she saved me a $30 fee.

James and his staff did an awesome job on getting my injury settled. I didn't think it was going to get settled but they did it. They were always willing to answer any questions I had. They were excellent at keeping me updated on what was going on. I would highly recommend them. They were very helpful and easy to work with.
