Would not recommend. Difficult to get a hold of. He told me it would cost about $3,000 bc of how amicable my divorce was (my ex’s attorney did the majority of the work), and he ended up charging me $4,300. What a joke.

Extremely grateful for the equal parts legal professionalism and human compassion during my custody dispute. When you’re in that position and need answers waiting for an attorney to get back to you for weeks is torture but this was not the case with Rick!

I have been working with this gentleman for many years. He has not disappointed me once!!! Going through the debt after the divorce was painful and difficult but he helped me wade through hell waters and become a better person. I have since achieved a better marriage and would recommend him to anyone that asked.

RUDE AND SHORT TEMPERED!!! I called to ask for guidance on what documents I would need in order to file for a divorce and instead was made to feel as though I was stupid or unable to fill out the documents and file them on my own because, and I quote, "There are a lot of papers to fill out and file so your gonna need help. Cause it would take me 2 1/2 hours to explain divorce law to you." ***TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN*** I am a very smart woman that CAN fill out the documents and file them myself but NEEDED information on making sure of the correct documents. Your associate that spoke with me needs more tact, training and the ability to not belittle people when handling a question via the telephone. WORST PLACE TO CALL IF YOU NEED GUIDANCE ON WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO FILE FOR YOURSELF WITHOUT HIRING AN ATTORNEY!!! GLAD I DODGED A BULLET THERE!!!

Working with Rick and his staff was a great experience. They were always available for any questions I had. They were well prepared and went above and beyond when it came to dealing with the State of Minnesota. Both halves, criminal and DMV, were dismissed in my DWI case. I would recommend Richard Linnerooth to anyone fighting a DWI, especially in Minnesota, where there is very little information available on what your rights are, and what order to apply for special plates, limited license, etc. Rick and his staff were a great help with all of that.
