Knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Tracy gave some of the worst advice I could have gotten for my divorce case. She charged $325/hr at the time, far above anything she was worth. I let her go and got someone else who had to pick up the pieces and shook her head at the advice I'd been given from Tracy. Even on retainer it was a fight to get her to even call back, requiring several emails and calls, even though her staff assured me she would do so. In mediation, while we were waiting for the mediators in the other room, she was doing work on her laptop for another client, and yet charged me for the whole time. Pretty safe to assume she was double billing. She got pretty condescending when I fired her and made it out like I expected her to work weekends or something. I don't expect you to work weekends. But I expect you to call back, be worth what you're charging me, and surely not to bill me for time you spent working on someone else's case.

Sara Monson is a rock star at O'Keeffe! She helped me get a settlement for my accident that other law firms told me I had an uphill battle and didn't take the case. She is the most kind, caring, & honest attorney I have ever dealt with! While I hope I never have to use her services again, I would in a heartbeat and I have told other people about her at O'Keefe. For me she was an angel when I really needed one!

Even tho I never hired them , the legal advice I was given helped me a great deal, I'm sure that who ever uses thier serves will be happy with the results.

I can’t even begin to explain the nightmare we went through at this law firm. We had a family issue where our son was unexpectedly ripped away from us. Looking for help we went everywhere. We stopped at the corner of main ave in desperate need of help. What we found was a promise, “we can help”. What we found was a literal nightmare of a lawyer not even willing to have her clients side heard by the court. She even told us, “you will lose your son”. Even though when meeting and telling her the name of the other parties attorney, she sarcastically laughed, and said,”I have had cases with him, and this won’t be a problem”. When the case went on longer than expected, our lawyer left us in the dark, didn’t return our calls. So we went to the office, only to feel like an inconvenience when her assistant lined us up an appointment with her. She came into the room, and said to my husband and I, “I didn’t even want to meet with you”. This all has been a nightmare that hasn’t stopped, what Tracy doesn’t know is after that fight, not giving the innocent a chance to talk, we have our son full time. If the law and the legal system wouldn’t have failed our family, we wouldn’t have lost years of our lives, missed Christmas card photos, and wouldn’t have a paycheck garnishment, because it’s to expensive to pay for a “good lawyer”, and only lose with no reason. Please look into other opinions, we are still paying years after.

I have been in the Hotel/Motel businesses for the last 25 years. Buying, owning, managing and selling properties. I have lot of experience in working with attorneys and their correspondences. However, I have never experienced such a knowledgeable, prompt and loyal attorney as Mr. Sean Foss. I can't thank him enough for standing up for me in my stressful legal matters. I most certainly recommend Mr. Sean Foss and his legal firm. I'm so grateful for his hard work and efforts on my behalf. I truly believe Mr. Sean is one of the top-notch attorney in North Dakota.
