I cannot imagine an attorney that is worse than Tracy Lyson. She did not return calls or emails for days if at all and she charged for additional hours that she didn't work. I spent thousands of dollars on her and she did nothing for me.

Terrible experience... if you looking to spend alot of money on a lawyer that doesnt have time for you... look not further Tracey is your attorney.

Met with an attorney December 4 and they confirmed they would review my questions and provide legal counsel within a few weeks. The first week of January I called to check in to see if there was an update. Was transferred to paralegal’s voicemail and left message, but did not receive a call back. On January 18, called again and paralegal advised the attorney “lost track of time.” She went on to explain the attorney wouldn’t be able to assist, but I could GOOGLE other attorneys in the area who could possibly assist. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism from a law firm before. We will not be recommending O’Keeffe, O’Brien, Lyson, and Foss to anyone.

They made my experience easy. Tracy Lyson is champion for her clients.

Tatum was fantastic. Fights for you until the end, cares about you as more than just a client! Definitely would recommend Tatum!

Katie was super helpful and always got back to me as soon as she was able to. If I didn't understand something, she took the time to make sure I did. I would highly recommend this office!!

This law firm either doesn't return your phone calls, or it takes them 3 days plus to return them when they do.
