Spoke with Ashley she was great asked all kinds of questions, wonderful attention to detail and fast response time. I haven't won my case yet I will update later but so far really impressed. Next update sent my appeal paperwork in Wednesday got letter back from Ashley saying they submitted my hearing request and sent me a copy of cover letter. Holy Toledo she is fast. My letter is dated 2 days after i had popped it in the mail. So far Schneider and Ashley are amazing, will continue to update my progress.
