We retained services from Susan Johnson-Drenth to prepare our will. Susan did an excellent job for us. She took the time to get to know our needs and wants. She is excellent, as is her staff. She is knowledgeable, honest and direct. She definitely knows her buisness. She explained everything very clearly to us, she answered our questions and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for legal services. I know were going to let our family and friends know how happy we were with Susan and her firm. If you want a will prepared the correct way you need to see Susan!

We just completed documentation for POA, Health care directives and living will at JD legal. Susan and her staff were extremely thorough and presented situations that we never would have thought of. She explained the why and the how of the execution of these documents, why they are needed, and what to look for in future situations. I would highly recommend this firm for your estate planning.

What a shame! My mother is rolling over in her grave right now watching her children battle this company! She had a will and trust drawn up with this company. It's been 2 years since her death, we have not received a dollar. Last year we were entitled to $11 of her multimillion dollar estate but for some reason didn't even receive that distribution. They will lie to you they will hide from you they will ignore your phone calls they will ignore your emails. And if they do read your emails and respond they absolutely will not!!!, they will not answer your direct questions! They actually referred us to get our own lawyer so we can understand the legal terminology. Unprofessional! Run! Do not use this company! They talk a good game, once they acquire a new client you get thrown into the used pile and they won't answer your phone calls they won't give you answers to your questions, there is no dignity or respect in the way they communicate.

Rachel handles my mother’s estate and has not explained one thing to me or even called to introduce herself. After two years of being ignored with no payment I called Rachel to ask questions. I was very polite and she literally SCREAMED at me that there were legal issues and she had so much work to do like a little child throwing a fit. This is the most unprofessional and crooked company that scammed my SICK mother that was dying and took advantage of her they should be ashamed of themselves .

They didn't return my calls

Susan at J D Legal Planning came highly referred. However through our first meeting and subsequent meeting, she was not willing to listen to our concerns and wishes, She was condescending and down right rude, not even letting us speak and ignoring our concerns. She was pushy and trying to make us do things her way or not at all. None of this experience was professional in any way. If you are looking for legal help and services, research and seek help elsewhere.

Susan Johnson-Drenth was very unprofessional. To the point she attacked every question we had, acused, disrespected, and even insulted in less than 15min. I would argue, she has protected nothing but her hourly rate.

Can't really comment about the quality of work as we were refused a meeting for failure to present all our data. We offered to pay the $425 for an hour of conversation so that we could determine if this gal had an office we could work with. I can only guess they insist on disclosure to determine how much your minimum total bill will be and if you get the lowest assistant to handle your affairs or if you can pay for better. Definitely sleazy management and probably entire operation.

Susan and her team are topnotch. I took comfort knowing she had my mom's best interest in mind at all times. Legal terms are hard for most to understand. She brought it to a level my mom and I could relate too. You are a true Super Lawyer!!

Being a part of a specials needs family we learned how we can guarantee our daughters future along with our boys. Susan Johnson-Drenth who founded JD Legal Planning has helped with the daunting but comforting task of our daughters Special Needs Trust Fund and our own Will's. With her help we have secured safety for our 4 children. We would highly recommend if you need a Will or any legal services done to contact Susan! She is a miracle worker and has helped lift this weight of uncertainty:)

Expensive but thorough! That makes it worth your time and money!!!
