Cons
1
Unprofessional and unresponsive customer service
“What a shame! My mother is rolling over in her grave right now watching her children battle this company! They will lie to you they will hide from you they will ignore your phone calls they will ignore your emails.”
2
Lack of clear communication and transparency
“Rachel handles my mother's estate and has not explained one thing to me or even called to introduce herself. After two years of being ignored with no payment I called Rachel to ask questions. I was very polite and she literally SCREAMED at me that there were legal issues and she had so much work to do like a little child throwing a fit.”
3
Pushy and disrespectful towards client's wishes
“Susan was not willing to listen to our concerns and wishes, She was condescending and down right rude, not even letting us speak and ignoring our concerns. She was pushy and trying to make us do things her way or not at all.”
4
Unreasonable and unclear billing practices
“To my surprise the bill for the single service was $3,967.36 and the invoice came with only two numbers on it: one for special mailing services for $14.86 and the balance in legal fees without any subtotals or detail on time/hours/ or hourly rate charges for work by Susan or her assistant were provided on the invoice.”
