Poor customer service and lack of communication
“Was suppose to get a call to do in over the phone , I tried to change it to an in person meeting the guy that answered, told me somebody was going to call me shortly after we got off the phone to confirm if I could come in or not.. nobody ever did call me and they didn't call me at 11.. so if they thought I was going to come in at 11 common sense would say they should call me at 11 if I was not there. Clearly they don't care about their clients or business.”
