Occasional lapses in communication and preparation for court proceedings
“Her communication with myself and my husband was poor, she was not my first attorney and thankfully this was not a full custody hearing or my child would have lost out considerably. She also had her secretary notify us of the court time and told us the wrong time making us late for court even when being 30min early. She was unprepared for our case on the day of court, and didn't submit evidence or affidavits that were crucial to our case.”
