I cannot say enough good things about this law firm, and especially Luke. As a person who suffers from high anxiety, I decided to look into hiring a lawyer for my DUI charge for my peace of mind as I have never been in this sort of situation and was in way over my head. After frustration with playing phone tag for a couple of days with a different law firm, I took to the Internet and found Luke on this website. I called and within an hour of talking to the receptionist I had phone calls from both Luke and his colleague Nathan inquiring about my needs. I had a half hour conversation with them on the phone as they answered any questions I had before setting up an appointment to meet in person. When we met in person they sat down and walked me through the whole process before I made the decision to put them on retainer. Both of them were highly professional yet very personable which I found comforting. It was nice knowing that someone with experience was handling every aspect of my case. Luke and I exchanged many emails and phone calls and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I would highly recommend to whomever is looking for a lawyer to call this guy right now.

Luke Heck represented my rights far above and beyond that of what I expected. I believe the two biggest aspects of choosing an attorney are professionalism and communication. Luke was well worth hiring. He took care of everything and answered all my questions. His advice was right on point and I couldn't of expected anymore out of him. I was quite pleased with the legal services I received from Luke. He's quite knowledgeable about North Dakota laws and carries himself in a very professional manner. He was quite patient and always made time for me when I had a question about my case. When I would be unsure of or confused about aspects of the legal process he was very good at explaining them in a way I could understand. Hopefully I will not be in need of legal representation again in the near or far future but if I am he'll be the first person I contact.

My lawyer Luke Heck was awesome from the beginning to the end of my case. He always kept in contact with me and let me know what was happening every step of the way. I felt that he gave me solid advice and helped me with everything I had questions about. I would recommend him to any of my friend or family.

He was very professional and informative. I always knew what was going on in my case. Honestly the most polite lawyer I've come across!! Before I found him I had talked to numerous other people and they weren't nearly as reassuring as he was. Reasonably priced as well, which is always good :) hopefully I don't need a lawyer in the future but if I did I would hire him again! I recommend him to everyone I know.

Luke was a great help. He communicated often and effectively. He was always straight forward and honest with me so I knew what to expect. I felt comfortable talking to him about the details of the case and the potential outcomes. With that being said, the terms he was able to negotiate were even better than I had expected! I hired Luke to defend me against a false allegation of simple assault. From the beginning, he treated me like I was just as important as his other clients, though he has bigger cases. He is friendly, affable and easy to communicate with. He pays close attention to detail and kept me informed of what to expect at every step during the case. He went out of his way to do this and to represent me in court because I struggle with health problems. He asked the court to dismiss my case, citing lack of credible evidence. The court would not budge but Luke did talk them into giving me a better plea deal than most simple assault cases. He had to push for that, considering how corrupt, self serving and stupid our local "justice" system has proven to be. But he didn't want to give up and got the best result he could. In Sept., my "crime" will be wiped off my record! It is clear Luke's ultimate motivation for his work is social justice for all. Keep it up!
