I have never been treated more inhuman by a business in my life. They took 2,500 dollars from me and 5 weeks before my court hearing dropped me as a client because I wanted to question my bill and what my lawyer had done this far. The owner of this company, Pat Rosenquist, hung up the phone on me as I was asking questions and kept acting like it was a money issue even though I repeatedly said it was not. I have paid all of my bills with this firm. I also was told prior to this conversation with Pat I could switch lawyers if I was unhappy yet was hung up on and not given any option that was stated I would have by my attorney. I now have no lawyer five weeks before my divorce case and have to file a formal complaint with the American Bar association against them because I have proof of their mistreatment and also misinformation and mismanagement of my case. I manage at a vision center in Minnesota and I never could imagine treating a client the way I was treated it actually was extremely disheartening seeing as I am trying to keep my children away from an abuser. This firm absolutely does not care about people. I am shocked they have been allowed to treat people like this as it is apparent the owner does this to people all the time, despite my lowered tone and knowledge on what I was speaking on for him to continuously try to yell over me and hang up the phone because I was concerned about my case, that shows he does not care about the law of treatment of the clients that come to his firm. I was just a check not a person. Absolutely horrified this firm still exists. Don’t waste your time, emotion, or money with them.
