“I was ambushed and the mediator was a partner in the opposing sides law firm and I felt defeated and absolutely broke after giving them all my money and they knew that and left me with no other option other then to settle and lose pretty much everything as what do you do when your own attorneys are working for the other side and do not have your best interests in mind”
