Donald Gallick agreed to take my rather bizarre small-claims case, in which a woman accused me of stealing her dog. During a preliminary meeting, he answered all my questions and explained what I could expect from the process. Having never really been to court before, I found his responses and demeanor very reassuring. At the trial, he organized and presented my evidence to the magistrate in a way that I would not have thought to do myself. He asked the plaintiff several pointed questions that, together with her answers, must surely have convinced the court how truly ridiculous this case was from the start. We’re still awaiting a judgment from the magistrate but it will almost certainly be a favorable one. Don explained that the plaintiff can still appeal, but that we might not even have to return to court for that. I’m so grateful for his help in putting this whole thing behind me and would absolutely hire him again.

Our experience with him was great. Communication, especially if you've never been through a legal process in court is on point. Makes you feel comfortable and explains things to you throughly. A knowledge of the law most other lawyers don't have. Actually does what you paid him to do. If we ever had a situation again of any sort I would definitely go back to him. You won't be sorry in any aspect.

I went to Donald Gallick in a panic when I needed help to deal with a pretty scary situation where I was being sued because of something that wasn’t my fault, but Donald Gallick handled everything after just a couple of meetings. I wish this all never happened, but Donald made me feel a lot better while he worked, and negotiated a great result for me. I’d definitely hire him again, without question. And I have to mention that his office has the most intriguing display of historical collections I’ve seen ..outside of a museum.

Donald Gallick is unique in that he is personable AND professional. Donald represented me in a criminal case and by far exceeded my expectations! He is so resourceful and determined... he is thorough in his work and his knowledge of the law inside and out helped me win my case! He provided expertise and tackled the challenge using evidence I would have never thought to use on my own.

What can I say, Donald is the best ! I had made a decision to advance my hobby by applying for a Federal firearms license (ffl). However, the routine background check resulted in a "hurdle" that went back to 1975. The Akron courts had failed to record the disposition of a case that had been reduced to "obstructing official business". I was in the wrong place at the wrong time ! lol. Donald handled it brilliantly. Case sealed. problem solved. I will trust Donald with all of my legal concerns whenever the need arises. He's that good!

i needed a filing that no other lawyer wanted to deal with. (orc. 2923.14) he is very busy. although it took a lot longer to file my case and get it resolved than I would have liked, the end result was a victory.
