I was originally given a public defender and they didn't seem like they wanted to even help me. So someone recommend Olivia to me and so I went with her. I was not disappointed with my choice. She did great and actually seemed to care about my case. She got my case dropped at the first court date she went to. The public defender went to three court dates and still didn't have it dropped. I recommend her to anyone needing legal help.

Before you look any further, I assure you attorney Olivia Myers is the person you want representing you 100%. She went above and beyond in SO many ways. I had a complicated OVI case that involved medical issues and GERD causing my BAC to register incorrectly. She is straight forward, told me exactly what she needed and her communication is phenomenal. EVEN ON HER OWN VACATION she took the time to return my messages and make sure that all of my questions were answered and my anxiety was at ease. My case required an expert medical witness. Most quoted around $10k and all have different specialties which is confusing; but she was able to find the PERFECT witness for a much more affordable rate. She (with the help of the Drs report) was able to come to a reasonable plea before my case even had to go to trial. Olivia managed to negotiate the prosecutor down several charges ultimately landing on a minor charge with no jail time or loss of license and preventing a 2nd OVI from going on my record. She got the party plates and SCRAM ankle monitor removed within 24 hours of my hearing and did most of the work for me. She was so supportive of my refusal to accept any alcohol related charge and made that known to the prosecutor ultimately resulting in a far lesser charge. Please if ever you need legal representation, look to Attorney Myers first. She's literally the best. Money well spent.
