I called the office. Randy listened to my predicament and put me in touch with Jim Slater who spent an hour on the phone with me really helping me evaluate my case. While I didn't need to hire them in this matter they were absolutely selfless in assisting me. I mean they really cared and it wasn't about money. This time I didn't need but next time I will hire them.

The kids were attacked by a dog. The physical injuries weren't as bad as the emotional ones - and I mean to all of us. Slater and Zurz made the dog owner pay. It had bitten before but know it won't bite again. Thank you for the piece of mind

I was crossing a parking lot (as a pedestrian) and was hit by a pickup truck as a result of this I was hospitalized for the next six weeks. So far, and I have only my first phone call to go by, the customer service aspect has been great. I will reserve judgement beyond that to see if any action is taken and how quickly.
