I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this attorney, and I would strongly advise against hiring them. Not only did they fail to communicate effectively, but they also showed a complete lack of professionalism that put the case—and safety—at serious risk. This attorney missed deadlines and failed to file critical documents on time, which severely damaged the case. We were left in the dark about the status of the matter, with no updates or clear communication despite repeated requests. This lack of attention to detail and poor organizational skills resulted in missed opportunities and created unnecessary complications. What is most concerning, however, is the level of risk this attorney put us in. Due to their negligence in filing paperwork and missing key deadlines, we were found in a vulnerable position with legal and personal consequences that could have been avoided. It felt as if they were more focused on their own convenience than on the well-being of their clients. In short, this lawyer’s incompetence and disregard for client safety are unforgivable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value timely, reliable, and responsible legal representation.

Slater and Zurz did a very good job representing our family regarding a nursing home neglect case. They always kept us informed of what was happening and were always ready to answer any questions we had, and we had a lot. The family was happy with the end result and I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs help with similar cases.

When I first called slater and Zurz I was treated with nothing but politeness and respect I was transferred to secretary by the name, Margie, who is very polite and informational he referred me to attorney Jeff Hawkins after talking to Jeff personally, I decide to have him Retainas my lawyer. Jeff was a standout guy who was very serious about his work , He explained it to me what the cost was for having a disillusion and the cost if I had to go through a divorce Clearly. I just want to say it was a long process my ex spouse put up a good fight to make me pay dearly for everything. I work so hard to get. since our separation, but you stayed on top of everything and in the end result, I’m divorced. I got to keep everything that I sold work hard to get Margie. Was there every step of the way it’s a couple of times and I wasn’t doing what I was supposed to do and Jeff wanted to leave me, but Mar Cash kept telling him Jeff really He really need you and just stayed on board and he did , and he did great wonderful job. I just wanna say to my experience with Slater and Zurz ,and my attorney, Jeff Hawkins and his secretary Marggie was just a great help and, I would recommend him greatly he was a good attorney and marggie his secretary just stayed on top of all my payments and paperwork what I need to do all the paperwork. It was a breeze. This journey started and March a 2022. It just ended in December a 2024 and Jeff did a great job and Margie did a great job. Thank you for being there every time I called. I was attacked by a dog while working on 12/05/2023. Initially I was referred to a family lawyer of a friend. I would recommend Salter & Zurz to anybody going through any injury case, especially if you are unfamiliar with handling legal cases/issues.
