I called to just get generic information such as pricing on filing he proceeded to ask me personal information so he could put it at his computer when I didn't want to give him my information I told him I just needed to know pricing he rudely responded with I'm not going to answer a bunch of questions for you with nothing and no money down!! So just know when you get that type of response before even getting into anything personal or financial he shows how rude he is and money hungry before he even obtains you as a client!! Little advice you should be more kind to people that are calling to possibly be a future client how do you know that I wasn't going to choose you after you gave me a quote and a price? Very rude!!!

Dean was amazing! He helped me every step of the way, made things very easy in a scary time. I highly recommend them for any of your needs!

worst attorney experience ever foud out after that he lied during and after he told me irs could not be weitten off in bankruptcy ,found out was not true contacted him to adress he was the biggest arrogant lying man and said it again then backpeddeled and denied and said i didnt give paper work only for ohio taxes which was a lie they were IRS HE FILED THEM WRONG and still denied it still......

We had hired Dean to represent us in our bankruptcy. He was very knowledgeable on our case and the team was very impeccable in answering any questions or concerns that we had. I would refer anyone and everyone to seek help from Dean and his team.

We have called upon Dean for two separate financial issues over the last few years. He is very no nonsense, and will tell you exactly what to expect. The three things I didn't feel comfortable with this attorney is 1. I did most of the leg work and then I had to keep following up because it was hard to get him most of the time. 2. I thought it was strange that at my trustee meeting Dean had my file folder reached inside and just handed me all of my paperwork to take home (tacky). 3. I had to keep paying him money and when it was all said in done I ended up having to pay two college bills that I included in the bankruptcy, which he should have told me about that before hand I did not find out until the bankruptcy was discharged, nope would not reccommend.

Dean is one gifted bankruptcy attorney! After 1½ years of "no" full-time employment and minimal payments to creditors from seasonal part-time work, I began my search for a bankruptcy attorney. I initially contacted Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago. The attorney I spoke with indicated they only get involved when judgments from creditors are filed against people who miss many, many payments and Yikes! ~too scary, but she did forward via email, some bankruptcy instructions and ranges of fees, along with recommended attorneys. Some names were the popular heavily advertised attorneys. I contacted an attorney (from the list) who stated the high end fee, and further mentioned his 35-year experience, very conservative. He answered my questions, but he didn’t seem to want to connect to me. I understood the “I’ve got 35-year experience, but he just didn’t reel me in…” I then decided to search on Craigslist, and there were a few attorneys boasting the “under $900 or less” filing fees. Somehow, that didn’t feel right, either! I next read an ad on Craigslist from Select Legal, P.C. I called and Dean’s assistant, Kenya, took my initial information. She said Dean would contact me later in the day. Kenya was professional, and I didn’t even try to call other attorneys! When Dean called me back in the afternoon, almost instinctively, he sensed my doubts and fears, and like Jesus, calming the storms with a boatful of raging disciples, he “selflessly” conveyed in power and confidence, a “clear cut” matter-of-fact, purposeful plan to provide me a “worry free” successful bankruptcy service. I am pleased with Dean’s “coach-like” reins to take down fear and worry ~ along with his quick, confident decision making skills. Please look no further for a bankruptcy attorney. Do yourself a favor, call Dean!
