If you're love one finds themselves facing serious charges in jail or otherwise and is assigned Donald Hicks, please ask the judge to have him removed off his or her case. This man repeatedly lies and could care less about your loved ones. He will not answer calls or requests for visits. If you innocent he will always push for you to take a deal regardless. My experience with this man was very less than favorable. Then when all the money is exhausted from the case, he will simply just quit. Do Not Waste Your Time!!! If you get Donald Hicks, You or your loved ones are going to prison for a long time. Period!

Don was the best experience I ever had with a lawyer. He would show up to the jail when most lawyers would be home not even thinking about their clients. He went above and beyond for me since day one. Highly recommend.

I had him for a recent case my parents retained him for me and he worked hard and knows what he's talking about. He's so gentle andSoft spoken yet so fierce .
