I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Wesley Buchanan to handle my legal matters, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, my interactions with this lawyer left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and a gaping hole in my wallet. First and foremost, the communication was abysmal. It seemed like pulling teeth to get any updates on my case, and when I did manage to get a response, it was often vague and unhelpful. It was as if my concerns were a mere inconvenience to this lawyer's apparently busy schedule. Furthermore, the lack of preparation and attention to detail was glaringly evident. In court, Wesley Buchanan fumbled through arguments, seemingly unacquainted with the intricacies of my case. It was painfully clear that minimal effort had been put into understanding the nuances of the legal issues at hand. To add insult to injury, the exorbitant fees charged by Wesley Buchanan were completely disproportionate to the level of service provided. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, with each bill leaving me questioning the value I was receiving in return. It became evident that this lawyer was more interested in padding their own pockets than genuinely advocating for their client. In the end, I was left with a sense of frustration, disappointment, and regret for ever entrusting my legal matters to Wesley Buchanan. I strongly advise anyone considering this lawyer to think twice and explore alternative options. There are undoubtedly more competent and client-focused legal professionals out there who can provide the service and representation that Wesley Buchanan failed to deliver. Save yourself the headache and find someone who truly cares about your case and your well-being.

Wes helped with estate planning for my mom. He handed things appropriately and quickly, as time was of the essence. It saved us a lot of headaches to know that things were in order prior to mom's death.

i called and deposited $2500 and after 2 days before we do anything i called and cancel the case and ask for refund..i got $1600 out of $2500 so i paid $900 for 3 emails and one phone call. that is clearly steal and ps.

Such a good representative works hard and does his job!!

Shows up to court in knee high rain boots looks unprofessional took money without turning any paper work in and was continuously asking for more money with no work to show on top of going against what his clients wanted. If you go with this guy you're asking to lose.

Don't relay messages

I thought the conversation was going well. Prior to explaining my case I told Mr. Buchanan that I was not sure if I had a case since the incident happened in 2017. After concluding the case was completed in 2017 and I had 30 days to file and appeal Mr.Buchanan sarcastically said “Well it has been more than 30 days since the initial plea of guilty don’t you think” well of course it has been more than 30 days since this is 2022 and I repeatedly stated this happened in 2017. This was a bit unpleasant and awkward. I was not sure if he was suggesting I was a complete idiot or being sarcastic, both are inappropriate when having your first conversation with someone.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He's a completely worthless legal representative. He does not communicate with his clients for days and weeks at a time. Left him messages every day for a week. Absolutely no response. He does not inform them of updates to your case either. I found out from the courts that he continued court date without even letting me know. Needles to say we had to fire him and hire a REAL attorney..

Mr. Buchanan is a top shelf attorney! Great to work with, great to represent you. Easy going attitude, fantastic legal mind, and his in depth legal knowledge is second to none!
