Highly recommend. Mr. Benson has years of experience and unrivaled expertise. He took a stressful situation and made it manageable. His knowledge of the Akron courts and the law in general; expedited my traffic case and dropped one of the two charges on my ticket. Not only that, but he was incredibly courteous, professional, and down to earth. I seldom write reviews, but I am from out of state and found Mr. Benson through his glowing reviews. The man definitely earned every one. He should be anyone’s first choice for legal representation. If he’s ever willing to drive 4.5 hours, he will definitely be mine.

Ken was sent to jail by a judge for contempt because he doesn't actually file things that he's supposed to file. He doesn't even do the bare minimum to qualify him to be an attorney. Google him. He will set up meetings just to take more money, and never produce any receipts. Beware, if you're going for custody, you better hope your ex will just roll over because that's the only way you will get custody.

I beyond thankful for Mr. Dicaudo who has done an outstanding job defending me in my case. If you are considering this office - rest assured, you are in VERY good hands.

If you are in any trouble, call this man. I was in a situation which was a unique one and from the multiple emails sent out, Mr.Benson was the only one who returned the email and jumped on the case. He said that in his 24 years of work he had never seen a case like mine, but that did not deter him from doing what he does best. He got me released from jail as well as all my charges dropped, record sealed and terminated from probation.
