Very skilled and knowledgeable attorney. My case was somewhat complex but Walt made it very simple for me, laid out all my options helped me pick the one that worked out best for me and delivered. Constantly reassuring you and keeping you updated with your case and he’s literally there for 25/8 if you have any questions or concerns. Walt Benson helped me through my first ovi and did a great job answering questions honestly, being transparent with me and guiding me through the process. Although I did enter a guilty plea due to my own self incrimination he helped me get the minimum punishments, keep my privileges to drive under certain conditions, and was able to wipe off my failure to control charge.
Overall I couldn’t have asked for more and he did everything in his power to help

Recently I was in need of an experienced attorney and contacted Walt, in our initial consultation he laid out a game plan, clear pricing and the potential outcomes that I may have faced. Who wants to need a lawyer? This is a great lawyer who takes your troubles in his hands and makes it personal! Communicates all the way. Smart and efficient. I am so glad to have found him!!!! Would highly recommend! I had to go thru his reviews to see why he only has 4.9 because I couldnt believe it. Turns out one person who posts negative reviews made his rating drop because he is definitely 5 stars!!!
