Lack of professionalism and disorganization
“THE WORST! I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Scott Heasley and his firm. Despite having both a verbal and written agreement in place for the resolution of the matter, they have failed to sign the release after more than three months. It is evident that they are intentionally dragging their feet on a resolution that they themselves proposed, causing unnecessary hardship and leaving my funds stuck in escrow. Scott Heasley's lack of professionalism, disorganization, and failure to adhere to basic standards of practice are unacceptable.”
