Reached out and spoke to the Senior Attorney, Jim about my potential lawsuit He listened and made sure I was heard before making a statement about my malpractice / negligence case! Used this firm for my boyfriends motorcycle accident & they was the best lawyers I have ever worked with. Kept me informed during the whole process asked me for my opinion & if I didn't want to do what they suggested we do they listened to me & took my stance on the situation. You want treated like family & shown care & not treated as a dollar sign not blown off or ignored then this is the firm you should contact cause they don't treat you like that at all. I never felt as if I was annoying them even at times I had called several times in a single day. If they couldn't get back to me that day they would contact me first thing the following day. Highly recommend these guys.

John was fantastic to work with! As was the rest of the staff (Patti & Kim). John was professional, responsive and direct. I’ve never been through anything like this and was getting no where.
