Mr. Immel is an extremely thoughtful and detail oriented attorney. He always treated me as if my issues and case were the most important thing he had going on. He was quick to respond to my numerous questions and always made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions until I fully understood what was happening and my options.

this atty was too nice even with the prosecutor. he had no faith in me up until the last minute. the prosecutor mentioned a plea bargain and that help me out alot and that's when my atty woke up and spoke to the judge on my behalf. prior to that he was counting the days i was going to serve which was more than than the judge give me. (she had more faith in me).

I had trouble collecting gas royalty rights after I purchased some property; the company gave me the run-a-round. I tried for over a year with no luck. I was really hesitant about filing bankruptcy. Kris worked hard in reviewing my case, going over all my options, and giving me ample time to make a decision that would work best for my situation. He was thorough. He made sure everything was spelled out for the trustee and answered all my questions (sometimes even late in the evening). Kris was very personable and reassuring. I felt relaxed and comfortable from the first moment we met. He explained all the risks and what would happen step by step. When I left his office after filing, I had a court date and Kris' personal guarantee that he would be there with me every step of the process. He certainly kept his promise.
